Great to see a fellow Datonian doing neat stuff. I'm curious to how you got interested in Chinese food. In Dayton, there aren't a whole lot of options for asian food but I think China Cottage in Kettering is the best.

I just ran across this article and found your blog. (Added to my feeds.) Thank you very much for sharing your travel experiences with everyone. For most of us in the United States, China seems veiled behind cliches. I think using the food, which people are somewhat more familiar with, as a way to share their culture is a great way to help others learn much more about a country that is going to take an ever more prominent role in the world.

Plus, the recipes are outstanding. :)

I agree with Josh. I have been cooking with your recipes and think they are AMAZING! Have you considered making a cookbook. Sarah. H.- Michigan
